01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each eligible user and Royale36 in relation to use of the Royale36 website, account services, sportsbook, live casino, slots, promotions and payment facilities. References to the platform include all features made available through the Royale36 domain.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using Royale36, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms together with the applicable Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling provisions. If you do not agree, you must stop using Royale36.

02 Definitions

04 Account Eligibility

Royale36 may close duplicate accounts, void associated bonuses and review related activity. Legitimate funds will be handled according to verification, security and legal requirements.

05 Registration and Account Security

Information supplied to Royale36 must remain complete and current. You are responsible for protecting your username, password, one-time codes and registered device. Never disclose Royale36 login credentials to family members, friends, agents or third parties.

Activity completed through a correctly authenticated Royale36 account may be treated as activity authorised by the account holder. 07 Deposits and Payment Methods

Royale36 may support Malaysian Ringgit deposits through selected channels such as DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Availability, minimum amounts and processing times may change according to provider or account status.

Deposits must originate from a payment method owned or lawfully controlled by the Royale36 account holder. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned after review. Royale36 is not a bank and account balances do not earn interest. Funds must not be deposited solely to transfer money through Royale36 without genuine betting activity.

08 Withdrawals

Any applicable fee or minimum withdrawal amount will be displayed before confirmation. Royale36 will not impose an undisclosed deduction, but third-party payment providers may apply their own charges under their arrangements with the player.

09 Sports Betting Rules

Before submitting a bet, you must review the event, selection, market, stake and potential return. Once a wager is accepted and assigned a Royale36 transaction record, it is generally final. Odds may change before acceptance, particularly during live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia and UFC markets.

Royale36 settles markets using the official result or a reliable recognised source. Subsequent appeals, disciplinary decisions or statistical amendments generally do not alter settlement unless the specific market rules state otherwise. Abandoned, postponed or interrupted events are handled under the applicable Royale36 market rule.

Royale36 may correct an obvious pricing, market or settlement error. Where a wager was accepted at odds materially different from the intended market, Royale36 may settle it at the correct price or void it where fair correction is not reasonably possible.

10 Casino and Game Rules

Casino outcomes on Royale36 are determined by the rules and technical systems applicable to each game. A disrupted connection does not automatically void a completed game round. If the Royale36 system recorded a valid outcome, that result will stand. 11 Bonuses and Promotions

12 Prohibited Conduct

Players must use Royale36 honestly and for personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, money laundering, collusion, chargeback abuse, use of stolen payment methods, exploitation of technical faults, automated betting without approval and interference with Royale36 systems.

You must not reverse engineer the platform, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data or attempt to bypass location, identity, security or responsible gambling controls. 13 Responsible Gambling

During a Royale36 review, deposits, betting and withdrawals may be restricted. Any treatment of dormant balances or administrative charges will be communicated in advance where applicable. Closure does not remove obligations, investigations or rights that arose before the closure date.

15 Availability, Intellectual Property and Liability

Royale36 aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, device issues, payment outages or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Royale36 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from player decisions, third-party services, device failures or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16 Amendments, Complaints and Contact

Royale36 may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, security controls, payment methods, market rules or legal requirements. Material revisions will take effect from the date displayed on this page. Continued use of Royale36 after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
